1.1. Setting the task: Firstly, you need to describe your project in as much detail as possible and send it to us at info@starsoft.com.ua or meet us to discuss all the details. It is great if you have ideas for the future project. We will do our best to make them come true. You tell us what you want your future website or app to look like, and we’ll do our best to make it exactly what you want. After that, a contract is concluded between the parties, which specifies all aspects of the development (deadlines, payment, technical specifications, etc.).
1.2. Timeframe: Depending on the complexity of the project, its implementation may take from 1 to 30 calendar days or longer (depending on the complexity and scope of work).
1.3. Payment: Work begins after the customer makes an advance payment of 50% of the total project cost.
1.4. Work process: Then we develop the design, functionality, structure of the website, application or other service (according to the terms of reference) and approve them with the customer.
1.5. Delivery of the project: The finished website is transferred to the final domain after payment for the work. We carry out control testing and with the client’s consent the project is considered completed. We provide passwords to the administrative panel and other pre-agreed materials. If it is a software, we provide a previously agreed project on a medium.
2.1. Payment for the services shall be made by the Customer in the form of prepayment to the Contractor in accordance with the invoice.
2.2. The Customer shall pay the received invoice by transferring funds to the current account of the Contractor.
2.3. After payment for the services in full, the Customer shall receive access to the management and use of the services from the Contractor to the e-mail specified in the order.
2.4. Bank expenses for payment of the Contractor’s invoices shall be paid by the Customer. When paying with a card whose currency is different from the currency of the chosen payment method, the amount of the final transaction may be higher than the declared cost of the service due to additional conversion on the side of the issuing bank.
2.5. When paying for the order with a bank card, payment processing (including entering the card number) takes place on a secure page of the processing system that has passed international certification. This means that the Customer’s confidential data (card details, card registration data, etc.) are not transferred to the Contractor. Their processing is fully protected and no one, including administrators and support service, can receive the Customer’s payment and banking data.
